What is the weight of the cast iron? Is it too heavy?
Our customized cast iron is lightweight, even though it weighs 3KG but does not feel too heavy. We care for our customers satisfaction. Hence, we designed an easy two side handle to hold it.

Can I wash my pan in dishwasher?
No, we do not recommend washing in the dishwasher. Hand wash preferably once the pan is cool, pour lukewarm water and few drops of dish washing liquid for 10 minutes and rinse it off. Do not soak the pan for overnight.

What is the difference between normal cast iron and enamelled cast iron pan?
Enamelled cast iron pan is highly durable and convenient. It does not rust if cared for properly. It uses enamel coating to protect the cast iron, making it better for cooking on the stovetop oven and more comfortable to clean. Enamel cast iron can sometimes be just a little bit lighter than regular bare cast iron.

Can I leave food overnight on cast iron pan?
We recommend keeping your cast iron pan very dry to preserve its seasoning and prevent rust. The acids in the food left in the pan will break down the seasoning, plus storing food in the pan for prolonged period loses flavour.
